Jennifer NH Durry brings fifteen years of extensive research and professional practice to RBA Coaching Firm. She specializing in the psychological complexities of major life transitions. Her clinical foundation is built upon an AAS in Medical Health Sciences and a degree in Psychology.  She is currently advancing through a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Jennifer’s professional trajectory includes significant contributions, as a specialist in restorative practices and high-stakes conflict resolution within the medical and educational sectors. Her strategic approach to coaching is informed by a rigorous academic background. It's also underscored by a profound understanding of childhood trauma and systemic healing. Having successfully navigated the complexities of root-based recovery herself, she offers a unique integration of empirical knowledge and lived experience. Jennifer is dedicated to facilitating structural mindset shifts and sustainable psychological development.  This provides clients with the objective expertise and professional framework, necessary for comprehensive restorative growth.
